EUCO 2009 - Istambul

Como sabéis, el próximo encuentro europeo es la EUCO de Istambul en el mes de Abril. Desafortunadamente, por el momento no quedan plazas disponibles (cualquier pago que se realice se devolverá, por lo que se recomienda no realizar ninguna transferencia); una vez se conozcan las cancelaciones se volverá a abrir la lista de participantes.
En el texto extendido se incluye comunicación de los organizadores de la EUCO Istambul 2009 (en inglés)

Hello Everyone,
We would proudly like to annouce that we full filled our capacity and it is 15 weeks after openning the registration page. We did not expect that huge demand. But we are very happy about the result. Our only concern is getting continous attending requests and have to refuse by return. Because unfortunately it is too late.
Please kindly note that the ones who already paid the registration fee can attend the tours which are settled on Saturday paying the tour fee in seperately, all the other requests will be rejected.
After a while for sure there will be some cancellations. Regarding the cancellation procedure we advise you to read the http://euco2009istanbul.org/terms.php page over our web site to know your rights, we will reopen registration on the website to allow people an extra chance to get the possible packages soon.
